What is your return policy?
RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for more information regarding our return policy.
RETURNS
All return items will be accepted within 7 days from the date the tracking number states it was delivered. PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges therefore, shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund.
All return items must be in new and unused condition to receive your refund.

Return Process:
Place the item securely in its original packaging.
A return label will be provided for you by ShoesXSarai through email and will be sent to the email provided at the time of purchase.
Print and place on packaging. If no printer is available please go to your local USPS for printing at no extra cost.
REFUNDS​
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item we will process your return. Please allow at least (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
EXCEPTIONS:
The following items cannot be returned/issued a refund:
-Worn/damaged items.

When can I expect my shoes?
We are a small business and work as fast as we can to get your shoes right into your closet as soon as possible. Depending on demand, weather, and other factors, please expect 2-3 weeks for shipment.
